Getting Started

mailflowCLOUD is an invite-only service. Once you have an account, connect your Gmail account via OAuth to begin syncing your filters and labels.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard shows your Gmail health score, filter counts, and label statistics. Cards highlight areas that may need attention.

Syncing Gmail Data

Use the sync button to pull your latest Gmail filters and labels. Syncing retrieves filter rules, label hierarchy, and message metadata. Message content is never accessed or stored.

Filter Analysis

The analysis page identifies dead filters (no matches), overlapping rules, and uncovered senders. Each finding includes an explanation and suggested action.

AI Suggestions

AI-powered suggestions analyze your filter patterns and recommend optimizations such as consolidating overlapping rules or adding filters for frequent uncategorized senders.
